Fragment in B-flat major/minor, Biamonti 243 (1800) This brief theme of 14 bars features seven bars in the major, followed by seven more marked "minore." It appears on a page in the Landsberg 7 sketchbook primarily devoted to The Creatures of Prometheus ballet, op. 43, No. 14, but it does not appear to be related to that piece. Whether it is intended for the ballet or is just a random jotting of a theme by Beethoven is unclear.
